Welcome to Jarvis Leads Pro. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription & Contract Terms

All Jarvis Leads Pro plans require a Minimum 3-month contract.

Early cancellations are not permitted.

Subscriptions automatically renew month-to-month after the initial 3 months unless canceled in writing with at least

7 days’ notice before renewal.


2. Services Provided

Each plan includes:

Monthly delivery of skip-traced leads.

CRM access and support.

Assigned cold caller VA and concierge oversight (as per plan).

Reporting and performance updates.


3. Payments

All payments are billed automatically each month via Stripe.

Late or failed payments may result in paused services.

No refunds will be issued once services begin, as leads and dials are prepaid.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business and contact info.

Communicate availability for onboarding and support calls.

Use provided CRM and data ethically and legally.


5. Refunds and Cancellations

Services are prepaid and non-refundable once leads or dials are delivered.

You may cancel after your 3-month term by submitting a written request to [email protected].


6. Data Ownership

Leads, CRM data, and reports generated during your subscription are accessible during your active term. Access may be revoked after cancellation.


7. Limitation of Liability

Jarvis Leads Pro is not liable for lost profits, business interruptions, or outcomes from third-party integrations.


8. Support

Email and concierge support are included with your plan. For urgent inquiries, contact [email protected].


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.


10. Acceptance

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
